We stayed in a 3-bedroom condo unit near Okada for 6 pax. It was just an overnight (12hrs stay to sleep and freshen up). The price was definitely worth it and the space was comfortable and stylish. However, the check-in instructions could be improved for a smoother arrival especially when you need a parking. I’ve already communicated the issues we encountered and I hope these get fixed soon. Once addressed, I can confidently recommend this place to others. For value and space, it’s a 10/10.

For a space focused on convenience and views, this place delivers. The semi view of Manila Bay and the access to a pool are highlights. Practical amenities like a full kitchen, washing machine, reliable hot water, working AC, and easy garbage disposal made our stay comfortable. The main negative was a strong, bad smell originating from a small room facing the kitchen – we bought several air fresheners. Ultimately though, the combination of ample space and the unbeatable location right by Okada and shopping malls outweighed the odor issue for us. Ms. Rose is also kind and responded quickly to our needs. Good value considering the prime spot.

호텔이 아니구 레지던스 개념입니다 위치가 오까다 바로 옆입니다 건널목 건너면 바로 오까다 출입 차량 검문소가 나오닙다 내가 머문 숙소는 14층 이었고 방은 우리나라 투룸 생각하면 됩니다 문 열고 들어가면 바로 식탁 쇼파 싱크대가 있는 거실이 있고 옆으러 침대가 있는 룸이 있고 룸 안쪽으로 화장실 구조 입니다 커플이나 혼다 쓰기에는 괜차은듯 하고 남자 둘이 쓰기에는 좀 에매한듯 보입니다 오까다 옆 파란색 건물이고 처음 가면 앞에있는 가드에게 배정 받은 건물 동 호수(클러스터) 알려주면 출입구 안내 해 줍니다 일층 건물 주차장 안쪽으로 출입구가 있습니다 간단한 조리기구 냉장고 전자레인지 그릇등 구비 되어있구요 정규 방송 티비는 안 나오는듯 하고 x박스 게임기로 간단한 게 임과 유투브 시청은 가능합니다 방을 예약하게 되면 관리자가 트립닷컴 메신저로 연락이 오고 왓츠앱(메신저앱)으로 세부 사항 연락이 옵니다 왓츠앱 없으면 깔고 하면 됩니다 어렵지 않아요 위치적 장점이 있고 가성비 좋고 뭐 나쁘지 않은듯 합니다 뭐 이건 개인적 취향이나 성향에따라 다를듯 하네요 그리고 출장 마사지 출입은 가능 하나 아이디 일층에서 확인 하 고 올려 보내줍니다

I love the location and I love that it has a washing machine. There are some kind of bedbugs in the 3rd room where we stayed. Please do check this. The AC in the living room is also malfunctioning. I had a video of this sent to the host. And I was not informed first hand upon booking as to what tower it is. We were waiting for like 30minutes for the instructions as this is our first time here. Overall, it is good stay considering the price.

체크인카운터에 직원이 없음. 가드만 있음. 룸배정을 숙박당일 오후2시에 이메일로 통지함. 가드에게 룸 배정통지 메일을 보여줘야 입실이 되다보니 일찍 도착하면 대화가 안됨. 룸배정 통지올때까지 짐 보관 해달라하니 안된다고 함. 트립닷컴통해 담당자에게 얘기했더니 그제서야 짐보관 해주겠다고 이메일이 왔는데 가드는 여전히 안된다고.. 다른 호텔로 가고 싶었음. 체크아웃한 이후에도 호텔정책이라며 짐 보관이 안됨. 너무 불편한 경험에 크게 실망함. 다음에 또 숙박하고 싶은 생각이 없음.
